Booktube-A-Thon TBR Video
So the Booktube-A-Thon is here again!!! I loved participating last year, and I'm so pumped for this years. If you don't know, the Booktube-A-Thon is a read-a-thon hosted by the wonderful booktubers Ariel from Ariel Bissett, Raeleen from padfootandprongs07, Catriona from Little Book Owl, Jesse from Jessethereader, Christine from polandbananasBOOKS and Kat from Katytastic. The Booktube-A-Thon runs from July 14th-20th 2014 and there are reading challenges and video challenges for your daily updates. Here are the challenges and my TBR.
Reading Challenges:
- Read a book with pictures
- The Avengers by Brian Michael Bendis and David Finch
- The New Avengers by Brian Michael Bendis and Illustrated by John Romita Jr.
- Start & finish a series
- Reboot by Amy Tintera
- Rebel by Amy Tintera
- Read a book with red on the cover
- Cinder by Marissa Meyer
- Read a book that somebody else picks out for you
- My friend Giordana chose: Every Day by David Levithan
- My Mom chose: Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
- Read a book in a genre that you've read the least
- Classics: Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick
- Read and watch a book to movie adaptation
- Silver Linings Playbook by Matthew Quick
- Read 7 books and/or an average of 300 pages a day
Video Challenges:
- Day 1: Top 3 favourite books you've reading because of booktube
- Day 2: Items on 3 covers
- Day 3: Draw a better cover
- Day 4: write a short story including all the words from 3 titles
- Day 5: show a rainbow of your favourite books (roygbiv)
- Day 6: find 5 items from 1 of the books you've read during the Booktube-A-Thon
- Day 7: show where you have read during the Booktube-A-Thon
